Andrew is the collection's oldest rocking horse. It was made in the United States at the end of the eighteenth century. For over 200 years it has entertained and been ridden by generations of children. After three centuries of games and riding, it has lost its mane, reins and ears, torn by a child who knows when as he rode like a real cowboy toward new adventures. Today, what is left of Andrew is an elegant and slender profile typical of a fine thoroughbred.
